“You know that wedding you shot, with the amazing lace dress..?” This is the wedding people are talking about when they ask me that question. It was an amazing dress! Danielle bought the fabric in India and had it made by a lady in Athlone called Mrs Hendricks…for all of you wondering where she bought it from…
Danielle and Andy had their ceremony in the beautiful Roodebloem Studios, and they wanted their couple photos taken outside the civic centre … sounds strange, but they were after the strong lines and geometry of the building, which was just up my alley.
We walked around there, took some photos and then went to Colorbox Studios in Paardeneiland for their informal reception, food, speeches and dancing. I loved shooting this inner city wedding, they don’t come by often.
