I think of candlelight, outrageous laughter, bright colours, home-cooked food, glasses being clinked, glasses being topped up, champagne and champagne and champagne. There was so much champagne!
Janita and Theo were so seriously relaxed on their wedding day and weren’t fussed about anything else but having the best time with their friends and family. Exactly as it should be! The venue was amazing. It has a wonderful energy and hasn’t been all done up for weddings – something which is hard to find. Jomeri had complete free reign with the flowers and just blew my mind – it all looked very understated, simple and elegant.
It felt like we were at someone’s home. And apparently the champagne hangovers were worth it.
